Terms & Conditions

1. INFORMATION ABOUT US

1.1. You may contact us to request services via telephone (+447867 305 999), WhatsApp (+44 7867 305 999), WeChat (+44 7867 305 999), Instagram Direct Message (https://instagram.com/fichandramous/), or email (support@fichandramous.co.uk).

1.2. Your request for services is accepted by us when we so agree orally by telephone or in writing by email,  social media messages, WhatsApp or WeChat. At the time we accept your request for services, we will notify you of any special conditions that may apply. The contract between us will be formed of the contents of our email/telephone/social media messages/WhatsApp/WeChat exchange, any other relevant documents or confirmations that we send to you (including invoices) and these terms and conditions.

2. FEES AND PAYMENTS

All shipments are sent signature required. International customers are responsible for import fees due upon delivery.⁣  Prints are shipped in tubes and sent by registered mail (Track & Trace). Please allow up to 15 days for the delivery. The majority of shipments will take between 4 and 10 working days to arrive, counting from the date when the order is dispatched (not from the time when you placed the order). Notice of dispatch will be sent to you by a member of our staff. Orders will be processed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis. This might take up to a few days, depending on the number of orders we face at the time. We'll do our best to make it as swift as possible.

3. PAYMENT INFORMATION 

All payments are taken in GBP (£) or USD ($), based on the currency selected at the time of purchase. We also accept Cryptocurrency please enquire first. 

Orders can be paid for using the following payment methods:

  • Google Pay

Please note that not all payment methods may be available when you make your purchase.

The orders will be charged at the current exchange rate. To view current exchange rates please contact your bank.

4. STORE AND REFUND POLICY

Due to the nature of the goods, all sales are final. We do not offer exchange or returns.
